There was a time when the most morbid imagery one could come across were the extremely detailed Catholic crosses that old timers hang on their walls. It served to keep the dogma in a serious regard, the bleeding effigy with its hopeless visage reminded believers of their religious duty. Today, due to the extremes that our psyches have been altered through the abuse of modern technology, it's only natural that all these religious icons no longer hold the same weight they once did.

This particularly metal looking banner came with a fitting script about repentance and doom, while I don't buy what it's selling it certainly did fulfill its purpose by drawing my attention. Fair enough.
