■ Dynamic VSYNC options -> VER 1.12

While working on a yet to be announced project, I came across the necessity of offering an in-game option to toggle VSYNC. The SGL_Window class can now do this through toggleVsync(); I also added an example orthographic shader configuration to the SGL_Camera class that flips the vertex shader's [Y] axis.

Updated to ver 1.12.
